Dear Users,

Since cross-chain asset services were launched as part of ThunderCore’s ecosystem, user activities are constantly increasing, therefore, causing the frequency of cross-chain digital asset transfers to also increase. However, due to the increased congestion of the Ethereum network, gas fees continue to hit new highs, and the gas fees required for ThunderCore cross-chain services have also risen. As a result, we will make corresponding adjustments to ThunderCore DApps (such as TT Wallet, ThunderCore Bridge, etc.), USDT and USDC cross-chain transfer minimums, and transfer rates (there are no restrictions on transfers within the ThunderCore blockchain).

  • Starting on February 26, 2021, at 15:00:00 (UTC+8), the withdrawal fee for TT-USDT and TT-USDC cross-chain assets will be adjusted to 10 USDT per transaction; USDT and USDC assets can be deposited free of charge.
  • Starting on February 26, 2021, at 15:00:00 (UTC+8), the minimum withdrawal amount of TT-USDT and TT-USDC will be adjusted to 20 tokens.
  • Transfer of assets within the ThunderCore ecosystem enjoys zero handling fee services (such as mutual transfer within and between TT Wallet and TTSwap).

In August 2019, ThunderCore announced the release of the TT20 stable coins— successfully building a cross-chain bridge by breaking barriers between public chains, making it possible and efficient for the ThunderCore blockchain to expand and connect with other chains. Using our proprietary cross-chain technology, you can import and use Ethereum and other on-chain assets, such as ETH on-chain assets represented by TT-USDT.

This will allow ThunderCore users and developers to access other public chain assets and services within their ecosystems, which, in turn, will ultimately help ThunderCore’s ecosystem attract more active users from other blockchains.

Using ThunderCore’s cross-chain technology, 75% of the market cap of digital assets can be created and used on ThunderCore, and cross-chain assets like TT-USDT, TT-WBTC, TT-USDC, and TT-ETH can be circulated within our ecosystem with ease. Cross-chain assets can also enjoy better performances thanks to ThunderCore’s 4,000+ TPS while retaining their own characteristics. For example, the cross-chain asset TT-USDT allows USDT to receive confirmation within seconds, have high TPS (> 4000 times/S), and other features, so both parties involved in the transaction can enjoy the efficiency and convenience offered by ThunderCore.

At present, TT-USDT is the most popular cross-chain asset on ThunderCore. Many communities around the world are actively promoting it, and multiple applications are gradually completing TT-USDT implantation. For example, TT-Swap and Egg DEX can both provide direct exchanges for TT-USDT and TT, TT-USDT and TT-ETH, and more. We welcome more users to transfer these assets to ThunderCore to experience more cross-chain assets-related services.
